Free tracked shipping worldwide, with no minimum order.
- Processing: orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 7–12 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Christmas: to receive your order before Christmas, order by December 10.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped internationally. Depending on your country, your customs office may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
Address and delivery problems
- Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will update it before dispatch.
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@lumalyn.store and we will open a claim and send a replacement or refund.
